There’s so much more to this hobby than just “building trains in your basement!” Sometimes you get to see the real trains our models represent! I don’t have this exact locomotive but I have a couple similar ones. I need this one now. It was cool seeing it in person and I know a lot of the guys who worked on restoring it. Great job guys!
There is always so much going on. If you need another train activity check out the rest of the newsletter. Every month for at least the next six months my schedule is pretty full. I will have to miss the Division meeting this Saturday because of an important family activity. It will be our first month meeting at the Stadler Cafeteria. I’m looking forward to the new location so you’ll have to let me know how it goes.
Train shows, layout tours, volunteering, working on your own layout or modules and whatever else you’ve got going on, don’t forget about yourself and those around you and their importance in your life. With all the activities, what makes them better is doing it with someone else or sharing what we have done with them and then we can enjoy the journey together!
